This app is fun because its all about being positive, making small changes and being more mindful in your life. There is never a pressure to contribute or share and none of the nastiness you see so frequently on other social media platforms. The You community keeps it positive and it makes me feel good every time I open this app even if Im just scrolling through to see what others in the community are up to today.
