which app actually improves your life day by day? this one offers easy micro actions that help you to feel better in different parts of your life. you can choose what they might be. the actions are presented visually and are easy to follow. you dont need a ton of tools or preparation for them. a large part is food but besides that there are actions on mindfulness, activity or simply a friendly reminder to take quality time and just feel good about yourself. the choice to complete an action is yours - always. see what other members do to improve and let them help motivate you! share experiences and help others to archieve their goals. no harm done right? quite the opposite!
Good app that helps you focus on your mind for just a few minutes each day. Nice people in the community!

Some bad moments

its an amazing app, such a brilliant idea! but it keeps crashing when Im about to post a picture.. other than that, everything else is working perfectly!
Just as you do with your videos, pictures, posts, shows, and general health-world presence, Jamie, you have created another way for the fit-world to connect and stay inspired in their journey; no matter what stage! Thank you for all you do to stay connected to us yourself, and helping keep us inspired! I can only we do the same for you! I really do like this app so far: user friendly, lovely layout, great concept, and cant wait to get more people involved! Also, totally wasted a good minute making the little person jump back and forth ;)
I saw this app on your Instagram, and downloaded it immediately. Its fun and inspiring. I hope that at the end of the year I can see my micro actions on a macro level. I just had surgery and most apps are geared to normal activity, this one helped me a step at a time, and feel that I could measure progress a little bit more. Thank you. Because I know you want to help others and your own personal actions have shown that genuine care, Jamie, I didnt hesitate to look into this new positive app. Thanks again, looking forward to small sustainable changes. Ps the photo journey is wonderful!
Such a lovely idea! You have to upload a picture of the days action to complete it, and others can (unless you go private) like it and comment encouragements.
This is such an awesome idea. So easy to make small changes, and it gives you something to think about thats positive when things are going poorly. Looking through photos that other people have posted is really uplifting too.
Im sure it would be nice if it was easy to use, but the app makes me go through the introduction & reenter my login info every time I open it. And you cant even type in your password. It emails you a new code to type in each time. So you have to wait for them to send you an email and then go back to the app to type in the password. Why cant the app keep me logged in? If this isnt changed, I will be deleting it.
